Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
For candidates applying to the master's program under a quota (Government of Russia Scholarship) and choosing TOSU No. 1 for admission, the university will provide a letter of recommendation. The letter of recommendation gives additional points in the competition for the Government of Russia Scholarship.
