The education of foreign citizens in Russian universities is a strategically important task. For our university, located in the border zone, this direction is particularly relevant. About the University
Pacific State University is located in Khabarovsk, from where the development of the Far East and the strengthening of Russia in the Asia-Pacific region began. We have absorbed the energy of pioneers and created a community of scientists, teachers, and students who are ready to meet the modern challenges of developing the priority territory of our country. We strive to integrate best practices, set trends in the educational, technological, and social spheres, unite ambitious people for the prosperity of Khabarovsk Krai, the Far East, and the expansion of Russia's influence in East Asia. The mission of Pacific State University is to promote the accelerated and sustainable development of Khabarovsk Krai and the Far East, and to strengthen Russia's influence in the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition to studying, one can realize oneself in creativity in one of the music, choreography, and theater studios, play in KVN, engage in sports, volunteering, media projects, build social connections, and gain experience working in a student team.
Accommodation
The TOGU campus includes educational buildings, dormitories, a sports complex with a swimming pool, a student clinic, cafes and canteens, and even a cinema. All of this is within walking distance, surrounded by a green area—students do not waste time getting to the auditorium.
Scientific environment
Science at TOSU is fundamental and applied research in areas for solving the problems of Far Eastern development, cooperation with Asia-Pacific countries, achieving Russia's technological sovereignty, and implementing priority production, social, and geopolitical projects.
educational environment
The university has well-equipped laboratories (for modeling quantum processes, materials science, intelligent technologies, and others), design bureaus (for underwater robots and systems, transport, and energy) operate here, and an Intellectual Center with a business incubator has been opened.
