About the training program
"Materials of Micro- and Nanosystem Engineering" is a direction related to the study of known and new semiconductor materials such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, superlattices, quantum wires, and dots. The main distinguishing feature of the direction is a deep immersion in nanotechnology, the development and use of programs that model various phenomena in nanostructures, including the physics of their growth. Masters of the direction work on the most modern scientific equipment, including atomic force microscopes, Fourier spectrometers, installations with focused ion and electron beams.
