According to the statistics of 78.1% our graduates are employed at enterprises in their specialty in the first year after graduating from the university. There is a personnel competition for our graduates. It is possible to determine the future place of work already during the training process, and a number of enterprises in the Chelyabinsk region are direct participants in the educational process.
Employment assistance
Employment of graduates is one of the main priorities and the most important indicator of the effectiveness of our university's work. Today, South Ural State University cooperates with more than 300 enterprises in Russia and around the world. Every year, SUSU hosts an employers' assembly – a unique event held in the "school-university-enterprise" format. More than 60 enterprises from all over Russia present their vacancies and career growth opportunities for students and graduates.
