Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
1. Foreign citizens who apply for education on the basis of international agreements submit documents confirming their inclusion in the list of persons specified in the relevant international agreements. 2. Foreign citizens and stateless persons who are compatriots residing abroad submit originals or copies of documents provided for by Article 17 of the Federal Law of May 24, 1999 No. 99-FZ "On the State Policy of the Russian Federation towards Compatriots Abroad."
