About the training program
At the Physics Faculty of NNSU, training in the scientific specialty 2.2.2 – "Electronic Component Base of Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Quantum Devices" involves studying issues of creating and conducting research on solid-state structures and devices of micro- and nanoelectronics, quantum devices. The training is related to the scientific and production sphere of high-tech enterprises of the defense industry, general and special engineering, electronic industry, scientific and production enterprises specializing in the design and creation of new materials and structures, institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences
