The Career Center of NNSU establishes and develops direct connections with employers. The center studies the regional labor market, identifying trends in its development, to provide informational support to students and graduates on employment issues.
Employment assistance
85% of graduates are employed in the first year after graduation. Annually, the Career Center of NNSU holds job fairs for graduates and students of NNSU named after N.I. Lobachevsky and students of other universities in the city. The job fair is an excursion to the enterprise and an introduction to the company's management. During the job fairs, not only employer interviews are held, but also presentations of enterprises and organizations, various trainings, competitions, and self-presentations by students and graduates. Our center also holds a "Career Day." This event is aimed at forming an understanding among students and graduates of NNSU about the possibilities of further employment in accordance with their specialty and establishing interaction between students and potential employers. In addition, the NNSU Career Center organizes various forums, career growth schools, and master classes where NNSU students and graduates can improve their skills.

Kept is an auditing and consulting firm that was previously part of the international KPMG network but left it on June 8, 2022. Kept is in demand for graduates of the Institute of Economics and the Law Faculty of NNSU.
JSC "Nizhfarm"
The group of companies "NIZHFARM" (previously part of the STADA group of companies) is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of high-quality pharmaceuticals with a 105-year history. JSC "Nizhfarm" welcomes graduates of the Faculty of Chemistry and the Institute of Biology and Biomedicine of NNSU.
YADRO
Yadro is a Russian manufacturer of IT equipment, part of the IKS Holding. The largest Russian company in the field of data storage systems. Most often, the company hires graduates of NNSU in the fields of "Software Engineering," "Applied Mathematics and Informatics," and others.
PJSC Sberbank of Russia
Sberbank is a Russian financial conglomerate, the largest universal bank in Russia and Eastern Europe. It is the most in-demand bank among retail clients, with the majority of Russian residents using its services. The bank is interested in graduates of NNSU in economic, legal, and IT fields.
PJSC "SIBUR Holding"
"Sibur Holding" is one of the largest integrated petrochemical companies in Russia. Production sites are located in more than 20 regions of Russia. Graduates of NNSU work at such enterprises of the holding as: JSC "Sibur-Neftekhim", LLC "SIBUR-Kstovo", LLC "Biaxplen", and others.
STATE CORPORATION "ROSATOM"
The composition of "Rosatom" includes more than 450 organizations. Most of them belong to the enterprises of the nuclear energy complex. More than 360,000 people work at the enterprises of "Rosatom". Graduates of NNSU work at such enterprises as: FSUE "RFNC - VNIIEF", OKBM Afrikantov, JSC "ASE" and others.
