Settlement conditions:
- Documents provided for medical examination upon check-in to the AltSU dormitory: To undergo a medical examination upon check-in to the AltSU dormitory, the following documents must be provided during the medical examination: A photocopy of the passport (2–3, 4–5 pages) and the original; A photocopy of the vaccination certificate and the original; A photocopy of the OMS policy and the original; A photocopy of the pension insurance certificate (SNILS) and the original; The result of the fluorographic examination with the stamp of the medical institution (valid for one year); For girls, a certificate from a gynecologist (valid for 10 days) with the following format: seal of the medical institution, signature and personal seal of the doctor, seal for certificates.
