Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Identity document (foreign passport)
- Order for enrollment in NIU "MEI"
- Certificate of fluorography (passed no more than a year ago) and 1 copy
- Certificate of medical examination, including the RW mark (passed no more than a year ago) and 1 copy of it
- Certificate of absence of HIV infection and 1 copy
- Certificate of measles vaccination (or presence of measles antibodies) and 1 copy
Settlement conditions:
- Presence of an order for enrollment in NIU "MEI" with the provision of a place in a dormitory
- Presence of necessary medical certificates
- Registration of a residence agreement

The complex of student dormitories at NIU "MEI" includes seven dormitory buildings and a sanatorium-preventorium building.
