About the training program
During the training, graduates will develop unique competencies in conflict prevention, forecasting, resolution, and resolution. Interaction with potential employers and partner organizations in various forms (practice, presentations of potential employers, conducting various joint events) is planned.

A conflictologist is recognized for facilitating conflict resolution not only at the interpersonal and psychological level but also at the social and political levels. Therefore, the scope of a conflictologist's activities is very broad: from micro-conflicts in the company to serious conflicts between business and government.
