Employment assistance
Assistance in the employment of students and graduates is a comprehensive system of interaction with various representatives of employers. Specialists from leading enterprises are involved in the educational process of the University at all stages of student education. Thus, from the very first days, first-year students have the opportunity to get acquainted with the leaders of leading Russian and foreign companies. Personal examples of the professional development of invited specialists motivate students to achieve the highest professional achievements. Among other forms of employer participation in the process of preparing and selecting personnel are the teaching of specialized disciplines, conducting master classes, consultations, expert evaluation of student projects, and scientific supervision of course and diploma works. Communication with potential employers takes place not only within our walls but also in the professional environment: at specialized exhibitions, open days, and job fairs organized by various organizations.
