The educational program is aimed at training graduates of the program to understand the problems of international political, economic, political and legal nature in the Asia-Pacific region (APR), analyze international processes and events, conduct expertise, provide consulting and other services on international issues, formulate and develop strategies for foreign policy actions in the region, actively develop international relations, involvement of students in the preparation and implementation of scientific research and expert-analytical work together with the staff of the Department of MO FEFU and IMEMO; development of joint educational courses and training programs for masters and postgraduates in related interdisciplinary areas; participation of students in internships and joint scientific and scientific-practical events, including international, IMEMO and FEFU.

Global security; international political economy; Russia and problems of international law in the Asia-Pacific region; international relations in Northeast Asia; Academic Writing in English; Foreign policy analysis; Intercultural communication in international relations; Oriental languages for specific purposes (Chinese, Japanese, Korean); Spanish for a specific purpose; Russian as a foreign language for a specific purpose.
