Programme Director: Nuraliev Boris

Chair: Chair of Mathematical Foundations of Management

Description:
The Master's programme is designed for students who wish to deepen and broaden their knowledge of information technology in management and business. A special feature of the programme is the ability to concentrate on one of the many areas of modern IT technology. In addition to the core subjects of the curriculum, a wide range of elective courses are offered, which students can choose in each of the semesters of study, including forming individual study plans. More information on the courses offered can be found on the attached link. In addition to the standard requirements, the proposed topics for research and diploma theses also impose the condition of solving a real applied problem. This is crucial to give the programme students experience in implementing industrial products and addressing the business needs of end users. In addition, the department offers several mini-courses and intensives to familiarise itself with particular narrow disciplines. There is an active internship programme in the base organisation, and the department also actively cooperates with the lab of digitalisation of business (also established by 1C), sending students to the lab to work on their R&D and diploma theses at their request.
