We do not charge prospective students for information or registration; we do not work with intermediaries nor do we provide individual support to prospective students. Using our information portal, you can contact state universities or apply for studies without outside assistance.

For all enquiries concerning applying and enrolling at a Russian university, contact the international students office at your chosen institution.
You can apply for a Russian government scholarship for international students at the office of the Federal Agency for the CIS Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), or at their official site, or at the Russian embassy in your country.
Information about the recognition of international education certificates is available on the website of the Main State Centre for Education Evaluation.
