HSE Centre of Preparatory Programmes for International Students
Preparatory programmes for international students are an excellent opportunity to learn Russian and prepare for training on Russian-taught undergraduate and graduate programmes at HSE or other Russian universities chosen by the applicant. The Centre admits foreigners with basic or no knowledge of Russian. Training can be provided to scholarship and self-funded students; the latter have to submit an application. Self-funded training options:
Intensive course
Application deadline: 31 October
Period of study: February - July (one semester)

Basic course
Application deadline: 30 June
Period of study: October - July (two semesters)
Tuition fee: 174,000 rubles
Advanced course
Application deadline: 31 October
Period of study: February - July (three semesters)
Tuition fee: 270,000 rubles
