Other types of training

At the preparatory faculty of PetrSU, foreign students study the Russian language, as well as subjects necessary for admission to the full-degree bachelor, specialty or master's programs. The training lasts from October to June. During this time, students not only master Russian, but also adapt to the conditions of life and study in Russia. International service staff and volunteers of PetrSU help them in this. During training all foreign students live in a dormitory (on a fee-paying basis).

The preparatory faculty of PetrSU offers four areas of preparation:

• economic

• humanitarian

• biomedical

• engineering and technological.

PetrSU accepts documents from April, 1 to August, 31; the training starts from October, 1. A later deadline for submitting documents and starting training is possible - this must be agreed upon individually.
